Block Accounts

  • Organising payment of all invoices to creditors
  • Annual preparation of accounting documentation for auditor at year end
  • Review of budgets
  • Review of Budget Vs Expenditure
  • Dealing with owners’ telephone queries
  • Answering correspondence

 

Credit Control

  • Management, monitoring of any outstanding service charges
  • Internal credit control
  • Supervising the legal process for recovery of outstanding service charges (if required)
  • Receiving payments
  • Organising payment plans and methods of payment
